Rescue Story

Hobbs is smart, affectionate, loyal towards his humans, likes to receive pets, to cuddle, and to give kisses.  He is also a great hiking buddy who enjoys a variety of outdoor activities.  He's very good with other dogs although might tend to play too rough due to his young age.

 

Hobbs is a pushy teenager, and needs a strong and assertive leader who can read his signals and point him in the right direction to help him become a well-balanced furry companion.  He’s looking for an active household and an experienced dog owner who's willing to provide him continuous socialization, training and proper exercise.  If you are looking for a working dog for agility or search training, Hobbs is a fabulous candidate!  Due to his energy and behaviours, we will not consider any families with young kids or cats for their safety and welfare.

 

Hobbs’s adoption fee includes obedience training sessions with a certified dog trainer to set-up him up for success.

Please consider Hobbs, for your new addition. There is a $350 adoption fee (bank deposit and e-transfer only) which goes to help cover only a portion of each dog's medical and transport expenses. A home check will also be required because we do want to be sure that each dog goes to an environment suited to them. Please note that we don't have shelter facility in Canada, so please consider carefully again before this adoption.
